“My Journey to Intuitive Wellness”
For as long as I can remember, I lived life in the fast lane, never stopping to rest. My autopilot was set to full speed, driven by intense workouts, quick meals, and an unwavering pursuit of perfection. I wore my perfectionism like a badge of honor, always chasing the next promotion or commission at work.
Society constantly reinforced the idea that my worth was tied to my professional success and appearance (the thinner, the better). Determined to be the best, I ignored my body’s natural signals. I exercised through pain and exhaustion, and worked nights and weekends to be the youngest and the best in the office. Burnout? Not me. I suppressed my hunger and fullness cues with diets, fasts, detoxes, and cleanses, leading to emotional binge eating and a constant struggle with my weight and body image.
But despite my efforts, I wasn’t getting healthier or happier. I battled asthma, allergies, skin rashes, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and body dysmorphia. Medications led to more medications, and keeping up with the latest health fads left me feeling overwhelmed, lost, and frustrated.
Everything transformed when I embraced intuitive wellness. The moment I released myself from the chains of my old habits, I discovered a way to live healthily and effortlessly, without draining my bank account. I learned to navigate wellness with ease and regained trust in my body, allowing it to guide me toward health.
Now, as an intuitive health coach, I help my clients reconnect with and trust their inner voice that will guide them to wellness. Together, we cultivate tools and strategies that allow anyone to achieve health and vitality with ease.
